Dormouse
Fantabulous Artist Co-op
The Dormouse Fantabulous Artist Co-op is an assembly of
local artists (mostly students) who organize their own art
exhibitions. The artists' disciplines include painting,
photography, printmaking, digital, sculpture, mixed media,
and other visual forms. Motivated to elevate the San Marcos
art scene, the members have formed the backbone of artwork
found in the new local cafe, Tantra Coffeehouse. The group
currently has a variety of work at Tantra and the artists
have continuously contributed to Tantra's monthly artshows.

San Marcos Art League
Art is concerned with the way people feel about things as
well as the way things really are. The artist in each of
us can deliver unique and beguiling experiences for others
through what we see, feel, and then portray. Art League
members share their skills and creative imagination with
each other and nurture the support and recognition of the
arts in the community.
